A student is eligible for professional after passing both groups of CS Executive.

Last Date for Seeking Admission:

• 28^th February for appearing in All Modules in December Examination in the same year.
• 31^st May for appearing in Single Module in December Examination in the same year.
• 31^st August for appearing in All Modules in June Examination in the next year.
• 30th November for appearing in Single Module in June Examination in the next year.

Registration Fee:

Rs. 12000 (50% waiver for SC/ST students)

Paper-1	Governance, Risk Management, Compliances and Ethics (100 Marks)
Paper-2	Advanced Tax Laws (100 Marks)
Paper-3	Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances (100 Marks)

Group-2

Paper-4	Secretarial Audit, Compliance Management and Due Diligence (100 Marks)
Paper-5	Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency, Liquidation & Winding-up (100 Marks)
Paper-6	Resolution of Corporate Disputes, Non-Compliances & Remedies (100 Marks)

Group-3

Paper-7	Corporate Funding & Listings in Stock Exchanges (100 Marks)
Paper-8	Multidisciplinary Case Studies (The examination for this paper will be open book examination) (100 Marks)
